I bring 30+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and corporate manager to residential real estate sales. I have a passion for real estate. I have bought, sold, and managed properties in Phoenix and California. Through years of experience, I have gained a multi-dimensional knowledge of real estate; - seeing opportunities from multiple perspectives, including, family, investment and happiness.

My goal is to help clients find homes they love while making sound financial decisions. I believe that homeownership enhances one’s quality of life when you find a home that best fits your needs and wants. I also believe that homeownership is still one of the best ways in America to build wealth – through appreciation over time, as well as paying down the loan to increase the equity in the home. I work with Coldwell Banker so that I can use their vast networks and tools to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. With 30+ years in service management and 14 years as a business owner, I prioritize 1) understanding your individual needs and expectations, 2) clear, ongoing communication, 3) protecting your interests throughout the process, and 4) managing the steps of a complicated process leading to a successful transaction.

I am blessed to be the father of a teenage son. We live in the North Central Corridor, where I have made my home for over 30 years. We enjoy hiking, biking, going to Suns games, dining out at local restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
